Products

All products are handmade, and slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur compared to product images.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as production begins immediately.

Preorder

Sales open on November 1, 2026. Production begins after order placement and takes approximately 7 business days. Shipping takes an additional 10–20 business days worldwide.

Liability

BTScollection is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by third parties
• Improper use of the product
• Subjective expectations of the customer
